The course though short was extremely informative and beneficial. It gave a good insight into the science of Implantology and anged to cover almost every single aspect of Implant Dentistry, in a nutshell. In that sens the course was exhautive complete and practical. The live surgical demo on the last day followed by the hands on, on our ownpatients allowed us to apply all the knowledge that we had gained during the course at the same time boosting our morale and confidence. |

Being a graduate, I was always inquisitive, what is going latest in profession especially, faculty likes implants dentistry. I was regularly in touch with the lectures, conferences and reading materials and live demo but I was anxiously waiting for the continue education in the form of complete course, beginning right from the basic till the post delivery, follow up and maintenance. Ultimately after repeated digging searching I got the opportunity at AOI, they conducted the mini residency course at MAMC, at Delhi, they gave me the complete basic idea regarding academic, live demo, best of reputed consultants at national international levels, not only in dummy models but on patients also now I have no hesitation. I have patients in my own clinic. I can interact with the consultants ,I got basic idea of DIAGNOSIS through dental scan different systems follow up , maintenance and complications and their management Now ,today I have no hesitation , I am thankful to AOI to be a part of a team. |

This multi-system & multi-faculty Mini Residency Programme on Oral Impalntology is being organized from 4 th April 2005, where the participants would learn basic and advanced Implantology techniques and have an opportunity to place implants also. The main features of this programmes will be :-
- To provide the participants a throught systermatic and logical exposure to implant dentistry.
- To have effective incorporation of implant dentistry in their dental practice.
- Rational creation of overall treatment plans in relation to implant dentistry.
- Programme based on realities of private practice and not just theoretical aspects. Didactic and interactive sessions on laboratory and surgical phases.
The delegates will be encouraged to bring their personal patients for treatment planning and guided execution of their plans.
